101966/LO/ORRGC/Plg/HMDA/2013 dated 30-7-2013 insisting for submissions of "No Objection Certificate" (NOC) from respondent No.3 as per the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Agricultural Land (Conversion for Non-agricultural Purposes) Act. 2006 read with the Andhra Pradesh Agricultural Lands (Conversion for Non-Agricultural Purposes) Rules, 2006 notified under G.O.Ms.No.1537 MA dated 1910.2006, for release of Gated Community layout with type design houses in the petitioner's land admeasuring Ac.13.31 1⁄2 gts in Sy.Nos.557/AA, 557/A1, 558/A, 558/AA, 559/A1, 559/A2, 560, 561/A, 561/AA, 561/E2, 561/E3, 579/A1, 579/AA, 580 and 581/EE1 of Velimela village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Medak District as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, both learned counsel agreed that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by common judgment of a Division Bench of this Court in W.A.Nos. 702 of 2010 and batch dated 28-08-2015.

In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the common judgment dated 28-08-2015 in W.A.Nos. 702 of 2010 and batch. No costs.
