This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner-accused under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking pre arrest bail in Crime No.114 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Muttukur Police Station, S.P.S.R. Nellore District.

At the time of hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is not shown as accused in Crime No.114 of 2017. In view of the said submission, the apprehension of the petitioner is not supported by any material.
