THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT WRIT PETITION No.24352 OF 2016 ORDER:

Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeking direction thereby directing respondents to grant building permission for construction of Cellar, Stilt plus 5 upper floors in respect of plot No.23 in survey No.44/1 of Mathrusri Co-operative House Building Society Limited, Miyapur Village, Serilingampally, Ranga Reddy District, duly considering the application in Reference File No.1/C12/00354/2016, dated 13.07.2016.

2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 5 submits that regarding permission for construction of building in question shall be decided within four (04) weeks.

3. In view of submission made by learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 5, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 and 5 to take decision for construction of building within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing all the parties concerned. The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter. If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the action or inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 5, he may approach appropriate Forum. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
