These two civil revision petitions are filed against the common order dated 03.04.2017 in I.A.Nos.851 & 854 of 2016 in O.S.No.28/2001 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Palasa, Srikakulam District, by and under which, the learned Judge dismissed the said two applications filed by the petitioner/plaintiff under Order 151 and under Order 26 Rule 9 CPC seeking to reopen the suit and to appoint an Advocate-Commissioner. The said two applications are filed at the stage of arguments. During the pendency of these revision petitions, the trial Court has disposed of the main suit itself on 08.08.2017. In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the present revision petitions. Accordingly, these two Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
