ORDER:

Aggrieved by the order of punishment of withholding five annual increments permanently and recovery, petitioner preferred an appeal on 26.06.2018. Alleging inaction on the appeal by the appellate authority and effecting recovery, this writ petition is filed. 2.

Since petitioner has already availed remedy of appeal, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition at this stage. Thus, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the appellate authority i.e., Commissioner, Endowments Department (2nd respondent), to consider the appeal preferred by petitioner on 26.06.2018 and to pass appropriate orders by assigning due reasons in support of decision. Pending disposal of appeal, for a period of three months, there shall not be any recovery.
