THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.15124 of 2016 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

Petitioners complains that the petitioners had filed a vacate stay petition in a Revision Petition No.D1/7641 of 2015 preferred by 5th respondent before the 2nd respondent under the provisions of A.P. Rights in Lands and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and that the 2nd respondent is not passing any orders thereon although arguments of the petitioners were also heard by 2nd respondent.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 states that the 2nd respondent will consider the submissions of the petitioners in the Revision preferred by 5th respondent before him and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within three
(03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to pass orders
on the vacate stay petition filed by petitioners as well as Revision filed by 5th respondent in the above case within three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
