O R D E R

The case of the petitioner is that he made representations to official respondents on 14.06.2012 and 19.06.2012 complaining about the illegal constructions and erection of cell tower by the 4th respondent at H.No.13-6250/3/103, Visweswaranagar, Karwan, Hyderabad. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Though Notice before admission was granted on 02.07.2012, no counters are filed as on today.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing counsel for the 1st respondent and learned Assistant Government Pleader for 3rd respondent.

Since the representations made by the petitioner are pending before the 1st respondent, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
