THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.25070 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pasam Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of her grievance, the petitioner herein got issued a legal notice, dated 01.11.2016, to the second respondent-GHMC but no action has been taken so far. Eventually, request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the second respondent-GHMC to take appropriate action on the said legal notice in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that appropriate action would be taken on the said legal notice, said to have been issued by the petitioner, in accordance with law.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent-GHMC to take appropriate action on the legal notice, dated 01.11.2016, said to have been issued by the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
