Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that the charge sheet was filed and the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Darsi, has taken cognizance in Calendar Case No.356 of 2015, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.
