No representation for the petitioner-accused No.4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that the charge sheet was filed and the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Darsi, has taken cognizance in Calendar Case No.356 of 2015, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
