THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.184 of 2016 ORDER :

This petition is filed by the petitioner - accused No.252 under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail to him in crime No.179 of 2013 on the file of Renigunta Urban Police Station, Renigunta, Chittoor District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 302, 332, 333, 420-B, 396, 397 I.P.C. and Section 149 I.P.C. and Section 20(1)(c)(II)(III)(IV)(V)(VI)(X) of A.P. Forest Act, 1967 and Section 167 Cr.P.C.

During the course of arguments, it is informed by the learned Public Prosecutor that the trial in this case was already completed and now the matter is posted for judgment. Considering the same, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
