Petitioners/Accused No. 1 to 4 AND The State of Telangana, rep by its Public Prosecutor, High Court Hyderabad (SHO WPS Hyderabad) .....Respondent/ Complainant Petition under sectin 438 of Cr.PC., praying that in the circumstances stated in the memo of grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of arrest of the accused No.1 to 4 herein in Cr.No.40/2015 of SHO WPS, DD. Hyderabad, dated 29-1-2015.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the memo of grounds filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri S.S. Bhatt, Advocate for the Petitioners, and of Public Prosecutor (AP) for Respondent, the Court made the following.
ORDER
The material on record would disclose that A5 and A6 were granted anticipatory bail. In so far as 4th petitioner/A4 is concerned, she was a student and while studying Engineering in Muffakham Jha College of Engineering and Technology, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad stayed in J.C. Residency, Executive Women's Hostel, Ameerpet, Hyderabad. From the above, it is clear that A4 is not staying along with A1. In so far as petitioners Nos. 2 and 3 are concerned, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that omnibus allegations are made against them stating that they demanded the informant to get a portion of the house transferred in her name and also harassed her to get additional dowry. No specific act is attributed to A2 and A3.
