THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.5934 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner/A10 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. to grant pre-arrest bail to him in Crime No.63 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Market Police Station, Secunderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 read with 511 IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the very purpose of filing the present criminal petition has become infructuous and no further orders need be passed.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
