HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.13983 of 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that his father was the original pattadar of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.0-07 guntas of Anajpur Village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy and his name was recorded in revenue records. After death of his father leaving behind the petitioner and son of brother of petitioner by name Ganesh S/o.Balaiah and they partitioned the subject land. On that the name of the petitioner is recorded in revenue records as pattadar to an extent of Ac.0-03 guntas in Sy.No.535/A and he made application dated 20-07-2016 to the 3rd respondent under Section 6-A of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short " the Act") for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner is under Section 6-A of the Act and the same is pending before the 3rd respondent, it is for the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the same. Accordingly, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner Section 6-A of the

Act in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.
