Heard, A. Jagan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri A. Ravi Babu, learned Standing Counsel for respondents. When the matters are taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue involved in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in writ petition No.18576 of 2015, dated 09-02-2016 and a copy of the same is also placed on record by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the above and for the reasons recorded therein, these writ petitions are allowed in terms of the said order in writ petition No.18576 of 2015, dated 09-02-2016.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
