This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 3 to 6 in putting lock and seal over the shops (5 in number) in the ground floor of the petitioner's house bearing Door No.3-2-1/1A, situated in Vidyanagar Colony, Chunchupalli village, Kothagudem Mandal, Khammam District, on 02.06.2016 with ante-dated seals as 01.06.2016 high-handedly without any notice or any justifiable reasons and purporting to be at the instance of the respondents 7 to 14. This Court while admitting the writ petition passed order dt.05.07.2016, closing the WPMP. The main prayer of the writ petition and the interim prayer in the MP are one and the same. Even according to the petitioner the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
