THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6045 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-A.1 under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Crime No.42 of 2016 on the file of Kodad Rural Police Station, Nalgonda District. Heard.

The main prayer of the petitioner herein is to direct the investigating officer to complete the investigation without arresting the petitioner. The petitioner was already arrested in connection with some other crimes of the same nature and subsequently, granted bail. While the petitioner was in prison, various cases were registered, but the P.T. warrants were not issued and he was not remanded to judicial custody and that the petitioner was in prison for two weeks.

In the circumstances of the case, the police concerned are directed to complete the investigation into the crime without arresting the petitioner herein and file a final report, if any, in accordance with law. The petitioner is directed to appear before the investigating agency as and when required and cooperate with the investigating agency.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO,J 22.04.2016.
