HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.32466 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the inaction of the respondents in acting upon the petitioner's complaint, dated 21.8.2017, with regard to the illegal entries made in the revenue records in respect of Survey Nos.225A3 and 225E of Kallakal Village, Manoharabad Mandal, Medak District. In the affidavit, filed in support of the Writ Petition, it is inter alia averred that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.0.4 guntas in Survey No.225E1 and Ac.0.525 guntas in Survey No.225/1, totalling to Acs.0.0925 guntas situated at Kallakal Village, Manoharabad Mandal. One Goka Laxmi purchased the land to an extent of Ac.0.31 1⁄2 guntas in Survey No.225/E and Ac.0.0175 guntas in Survey No.225/A3 under registered sale deed in the year 1996 and got her name mutated in the revenue records.

The said Laxmi and her husband-Balu, neighbours to the petitioner, were creating nuisance and trying to encroach upon the agricultural lands of the petitioner claiming more extent than what was purchased.

said G.Laxmi instead of the actual extent of land purchased by her. As no proceedings were initiated by the Tahsildar to correct the said entries, he lodged a complaint with Manoharabad Police Station on 17.8.2017 and the same has been entered in the General Diary of Manoharabad Police Station, but no enquiry has been initiated by respondent No.3. Hence, the Writ Petition.

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) placed before the Court a copy of the written instructions, dated 21.11.2017, sent by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Manoharabad Police Station, wherein it was inter alia stated that the representation, dated 21.8.2017, of the petitioner submitted to Superintendent of Police, Medak District, was forwarded to the Station House Officer, Manoharabad Police Station for necessary action. Upon receipt of the said petition through proper channel, a case in Crime No.98 of 2017 was registered on the file of Manoharabad Police Station for the offences under Sections-420 and 504 IPC and investigation was taken up. It was further stated that the investigation will be completed as expeditiously as possible. With the registration of the petitioner's complaint and as an assertion was made in the written instructions that the

investigation will be completed as expeditiously as possible, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. In view of the afore-mentioned facts stated in the written instructions, dated 21.11.2017, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
