When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents informed the Court that during the pendency of the writ petition, the cases of the petitioners were considered and they were promoted.

In view of the above said submission, no further orders are required to be passed in the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
