THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.BHASKAR REDDY Contempt Case No.459 of 2015 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders dated 31.12.2013 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.48254 of 2013 in W.P.No. 38819 of 2013 by the respondents.

By the above said order this Court has directed the parties to maintain status-quo.

It is the contention of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Corporation that in compliance of the orders they have not allowed any further construction over the subject property. It is further submitted that they filed vacate stay petition seeking to vacate the status-quo orders.

In view of the same, this Contempt Case is closed as no further orders are necessary. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners, if any cause survives, to file fresh application seeking revival of the contempt case in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
