Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that a fresh representation may be given to the fourth respondent herein and, if any such representation is given to the fourth respondent, appropriate action will be taken, after giving notice to all the stakeholders.

Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to submit a representation afresh within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and, if any such representation is submitted, the same be considered and appropriate action be taken, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders. There shall be no order as to costs.
