This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed by the petitioner/accused No. 4 to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.69 of 2016 pending on the file of Police Station, Ghatkesar, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 447,448,468,109 and 467 of Indian Penal Code.

Heard Sri Vijay B. Paropkari, learned counsel for petitioner. Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police have already filed charge sheet on 19.03.2016 and it was taken cognizance by the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, and numbered as CC.136 of 2016 and hence, the instant petition, which is filed for quashment of the Proceedings in FIR has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition.

It is seen that pending Criminal Petition, no stay was granted. In view of the submission of both the counsel, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
