RESPONDENTS Petition Under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS declaring the inaction of the official respondents to register the complaint dated 28-10-202t1 of the petitioner against the unofficial respondents till date, that the acts on part of the official respondents clearly constitute offences punishable Under BN5-2023 is arbitrary, illegal, capricious and violative of provisions of BNS as well as the guidelines issued by the Constitutional Bench of Apex Court and consequently to direct the official respondents to adhere to the guidelines laid down by the Apex Court in registering and investigation and register the case against the unofficial respondents and conduct fair enquiry forthwith.

The writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not registering FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.10.2O24, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submitted that FIR'No'912 of 2O24 of Mailardevpally Police Station, has been registered on the complaint of the petitioner and as such, no cause survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition and it is accordingly closed' The miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs'
