Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that during the pendency of this application, Petitioners/accused Nos. 1 and 2 were convicted in C.C.NI.No.1235 of 2021 by the Learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Manoranjan Complex, Nampally, Hyderabad, on 06.02.2024.

In view of the above said submission, the cause in this application does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as infructuous.
