Sri N.Mohan Krishna, learned counsel for the appellant, seeks permission to withdraw the appeal, as the matter has been settled outside the Court and he filed a letter dated 21.02.2018 to that effect.

Permission is accorded.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
