JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT PETITION No. 14294 OF 2016 O R D E R : ( Oral, Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait ) The present writ petition was listed on 28/04/2016, after arguing the case, Sri L. Ravichander, Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners sought a day's adjournment to 29/04/2016 and on the said date also Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners sought adjournment and thereafter eight consecutive dates the present matter has been adjourned at request of the counsel for the petitioners and appeared none on behalf of the petitioners on 03/04/2017.
2. Notice in the present writ petition is yet to be issued. Today also appeared none on behalf of the petitioners. It seems that the petitioners are no more interested to prosecute the writ petition.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution as well with no order as to costs.
4. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
