Aggrieved by action of respondents 1 to 4 in interfering with civil disputes pending between the petitioner and respondents 5 and 6 in respect of lands in Sy.Nos 11, 12, 13 and 16 to an extent of Ac.11.49 cents situated within the limits of Rampuram Gram Panchayat of Mantralayam Mandal, Kurnool District, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions denying the interference of the respondent-police in the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and unofficial respondents.

In view of the same, recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police not to interfere with civil disputes pending between the petitioner and unofficial respondents. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
