THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13110 of 2010 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.228 of 2010 on the file of the Court of V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kakinada, East Godavari District. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the criminal petition becomes infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
