HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.30601 OF 2018 ORDER :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.1 to 4 in interfering with civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent No.5 in respect of land in Sy.Nos.19A/3, Pyki to an extent of 1.39 cents, total Ac.3.06 cents, situated within the limits of Pesaladinne Village, Yemmiganur Mandal, Kurnool District, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the respondent police are not interfering with the civil disputes of the petitioner. It is also stated that when the petitioner along with one C.V.Varalakshmi approached the 4th respondent with a dispute regarding subject property, he advised them to approach Civil Court as the matter is civil in nature. It is also stated that the respondents 3 and 4 did not interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and unofficial respondent.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and unofficial respondent. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
