OFFICE NOTE 10.11.2025 SKS, J I.A.No.1 OF 2025 This application is filed under the caption 'for being mentioned', seeking modification of the order dated 31.10.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.13693 of 2025, by substituting the place of surrender from "I Additional Sessions Judge, at Rajana Sircilla" to "Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Vemulawada". Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 31.10.2025 in Crl.P.No.13693 of 2025, wherein the place of surrender was specified as "I Additional Sessions Judge, at Rajana Sircilla". Upon further enquiry, it was ascertained that the appropriate Court for the petitioner to surrender before is the "Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Vemulawada", which would facilitate expeditious trial and disposal of the matter. Therefore, he prayed this Court to allow this interlocutory application.

Having considered the submissions of the learned counsel and upon perusal of the material available on record, this interlocutory application is allowed, modifying the place of surrender in order dated 31.10.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.13693 of 2025

from "I Additional Sessions Judge, at Rajana Sircilla" to "Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Vemulawada".

Accordingly, the application is ordered.
