THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.25579 of 2008 ORDER:

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned Standing counsel for the respondents that the petitioner herein has the effective alternative remedy before the grievance cell under Clause 14 of the terms and conditions of supply and he can avail the same.

In view of the above, this Court deems it appropriate to relegate the petitioner to the said remedy.

For the aforesaid reason, the Writ Petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to submit a complaint/representation before the grievance cell under the aforementioned clause within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any such complaint/representation is filed within the time stipulated above, the respondents shall consider the same and take appropriate orders, after giving notice and opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
