THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DILIP B.BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CONTEMPT CASE No. 2011 of 2014 P.C.: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Dilip B.Bhosale) Learned Assistant Solicitor General, on instructions, submits that the respondents have deposited the amount, today, with the I Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. He has also placed a memo with the photocopy of Pay Order on record. The memo and copy of the pay order is taken on record. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the Contempt Case.

Hence, the Contempt Case is disposed of as not pressed. Miscellaneous petitions pending in the case, if any, also stand disposed of.
