This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in rejecting the affiliation to the petitioner-Institute for MBA course for the academic year 2016-17 as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent-University has included the petitioner-Institute in the counseling for MBA course for admitting sixty (60) candidates for the academic year 2016-17. He further submitted that no orders are necessary in this writ petition. 3.
