The petitioner submits that the disciplinary action was initiated against her while she was in service. After conducting enquiry, the Enquiry Officer has submitted a report stating that the charges levelled against the petitioner are not proved. In view of the subsequent development, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition so as to enable the respondents to settle her terminal benefits.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
