Aggrieved by the inaction of the 2nd respondent - Tahsildar in disposing of the applications of the petitioners' dated 1.10.2015 and 5.10.2015 filed through on-line for mutation of their names in the revenue records in respect of the subject land, the present writ petition has been filed.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the applications of the petitioners' dated 1.10.2015 and 5.10.2015 for mutation of their names in the revenue records in respect of the subject land, in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
