THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.913 OF 2015 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order in I.A.No.507 of 2014 in O.S.No.752 of 2007 dated 20.11.2014 passed by the I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tanuku, whereby, the petition filed under Order VI Rule 17 and Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure Code was allowed.

As per the information received by the Registry, O.S.No.752 of 2007 was disposed of by grating a preliminary decree on 27.03.2017. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the cause in this revision petition does not survive any further for adjudication and became infructuous.

Therefore, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
