HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION Nos.9176 and 9177 of 2017 COMMON ORDER:

The de facto complainant and her parents, A2 and A6 representing A1, A3, A4, A5 and A7 respectively are present. It is submitted that through elderly settlements they drowned the material differences by amicable settlement to lead their own lives by putting an end also by virtue of the decree of divorce granted by the District Court of Collin County, Texas and the claims also settled. There are applications to compound including to permit A2 and A6 to represent A1, A3, A4, A5 and A7 respectively and another application to quash the D.V.C. Proceedings by recording compound besides compounding of Crime No.120 of 2016 of Eluru II Town Police Station, West Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 406, 307, 386, 313, 506(2) r/ w 34 I.P.C. Having regard to the above, both the Criminal Petitions are allowed and the proceedings in Crime No.120 of 2016 of Eluru II Town Police Station, West Godavari District and D.V.C.No.20 of 2016 on the file of the II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Eluru, are quashed.
