2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would submit that the matter was compromised before the Lok Adalat held at Hyderabad by the High Court Legal Services Committee and an Award was also passed on 09.07.2014 and, therefore, the present Criminal Petition becomes infructuous.

3. Original Award, dated 09.07.2014, passed by the Lok Adalat held at Hyderabad, signed by the parties, their respective counsel, Chairman and Members of the Lok Adalat, is finding place in the file, and the matter was amicable settled between the parties.

4. In view of the same, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
