HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P. Nos.34523, 34673, 35653, 35669 AND 35833 OF 2016 COMMON ORDER:

Heard Mr.Lakshmikanth for petitioners and the learned Government Pleaders for Social Welfare, School Education & Services-I.

The petitioners challenge the proceedings A1/ Estt/ 1122/ 2016 dated 25.09.2016 cancelling the appointment orders in favour of petitioners to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher under DSC-2012 and further proceedings of 3rd respondent dated 27.08.2016 etc. as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. The counsel for petitioners submits that a few candidates similarly situated filed the writ petitions challenging the proceedings dated 25.09.2016. This Court allowed the writ petitions and set aside the proceedings dated 25.09.2016. The learned Government Pleaders do not dispute the above fact.

The writ petitions are ordered by following the orders of this Court in W.P. Nos.34724 of 2016 and 34920 of 2016 dated 07.02.2018. No order as to costs.
