THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.30654 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise appearing for the respondents.

It is stated by the counsel on both sides that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order, dated 20.12.2017, passed in W.P.No.43147 of 2017.

Therefore, for reasons alike, the present Writ Petition is also disposed of, directing the petitioner to make an appropriate application before the Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise, Warangal-second respondent herein, enclosing thereto a Fixed Deposit Receipt for Rs.5000/- (rupees five thousand only) drawn in favour of the second respondent on any Nationalised bank; and, on such application being made by the petitioner, the subject stock afore-stated shall be given to the interim custody of the petitioner.
