HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.30379 OF 2018 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not taking action on the complaint filed by the petitioner dated 28.07.2018 as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard Sri Ch.Venkat Raman, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government pleader for Home appearing for respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner made complaint to the respondents about illegal construction made by his neighbour by name A.Viswanatham, no action is being taken by the respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents produced written instructions stating that the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.07.2018 was enquired into by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, East Zone, Hyderabad on the allegations made by the petitioner against the Investigating Officer Sri D.Satyanarayana, Sub-Inspector of Police, Amberpet Police Station, Hyderabad and A.Vishwanadham and A.Srilatha and found the same to be false. A copy of the report is also filed along with written instructions.

Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed. _______________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 04-09-2018.
