Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking to declare the proceedings Rc.No.506/A1/97/Engg-Wing, dated 28.05.1998 as illegal and arbitrary and quash the same and consequently direct respondent Nos.1 to 3 to regularize the service of the petitioner. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition and the same may be closed.
