HONOURABLE SRI J USTICE SURESH K UMAR K AIT CRIMINAL PETITION No. 15005 of 2016 ORDER:

By this Criminal Petition, the petitioners/Accused Nos. 1,4 and 3 seek relaxation of the conditions imposed upon them vide order dated 09.09.2016.

The petitioners were directed to be enlarged on bail vide order dated 09.09.2016 on their furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- each with two local sureties each for the like sum and the sureties shall furnish fixed deposit of Rs.1,00,000/- each to the satisfaction of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Chintapalli, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners were arrested on 08.03.2016 and since then they are in jail. They belong to poor family and unable to furnish sureties and fixed deposits as directed by the Court. Keeping in view the averments made in the present petition, and submissions of the learned Counsel on either side, I hereby modify the order dated 09.09.2016 and direct that the petitioners shall furnish personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- each together with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the trial Court. It is further directed that the petitioners and sureties shall submit attested copies of their respective Adhar Cards and bail will be subject to the verification of the details in

the Adhar Cards. The rest of the conditions as imposed by the trial Court in the order dated 09.09.2016 shall remain in tact. The Criminal Petition is accordingly allowed.
