Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondent No.3 in not acting upon his representation dated 10.11.2022. 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, based on written instructions, submitted that on verification of records in the Bachupally Police Station, it was found that the petitioner has not lodged any complaint so far and if the petitioner approaches the respondent No.3 with a complaint, appropriate action will be taken as per law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the complaint dated 10.11.2022 was sent through registered post to the respondent No.3.

If the complaint dated 10.11.2022 is received by the respondent No.3, he shall register the complaint and conduct investigation. If the complaint is not received, liberty is given to the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint either in person or through registered post.

In view of the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. If the petitioner has any further grievance, he may approach this Court at a later point of time. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
