ON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR TRANSFER C.M.P.No.77 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.626 of 2011 from the file of Family Court, Visakhapatnam, and transfer the same to Family Court, Srikakulam.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Advocate for petitioner submitted that both petitioner and respondent entered into a memo of understanding to settle all the cases pending between them and most of the cases are pending at Srikakulam, therefore, F.C.O.P.No.626 of 2011 filed by respondent before Family Court, Visakhapatnam, has to be transferred to Srikakulam. It is submitted even according to the terms of memo of understanding, respondent expressed no objection for transfer of F.C.O.P., therefore, F.C.O.P.No.626 of 2011 may be transferred from Family Court, Visakhapatnam to Family Court, Srikakulam.

4. Other side advocate reported no objection.

5. Considering the submissions of both sides and considering the affidavit of petitioner, F.C.O.P.No.626 of 2011 is withdrawn from Family Court, Visakhapatnam and transferred to Family Court, Srikakulam, for disposal in accordance with law.

6. Accordingly, transfer C.M.P. is ordered. No costs.
