Mr. Musudi Babji, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he is not gettting any instructions from the petitioners. With the passage of time, the petitioners seem to have lost interest in prosecuting this petition further and hence nobody is coming forward to give instructions to the Advocate. In the circumstances, I am constrained to dismiss this writ petition for non-prosecution. Order accordingly.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No costs.
