Sri B.Prabhakara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this court to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to file fresh application impleading the de facto complainant.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
