Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:
"to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not surveying and demarcating petitioners' lands situated in Sy.Nos.39/1 to 14 and 40 of Gangavaram Village, Santhanuthalapadu Mandal, Prakasam District, even after payment of requisite fee on 13.03.2014 in spite of their repeated requests, as being illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent to survey and demarcate the petitioners' lands forthwith."

It is represented by the counsel appearing for both sides that the issue involved in this case is squarely covered by the order dated 03.03.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.6690 of 2016. 4.
Following the same, the Writ Petition is allowed and 2nd respondent is directed to cause a survey for demarcating the lands of the petitioners by considering the representation made by the petitioners in the month of February, 2016 after collecting necessary charges therefor within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date
CPK,J WP_38761_2016 of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the petitioners and other affected parties and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners.
