Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed :

The investigation shall go on. However, the Police of Gadwal Town Police Station, Mahaboobnagar District, Telangana, are directed not to arrest the petitioner in FIR No.4/2015 during the course of investigation. The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
