THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.39610 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard Mr.Ch.Shashi Bhushan for petitioner and Assistant Government Pleader for respondents.

The petitioner challenges order No. SR Cell (2) 1040/2016, dated 13.10.2016. The order refers to the failure of petitioner to file explanation to the show cause notice, dated 05.10.2016. Learned counsel offers explanation for not acting within the time given by the respondents and requests the Court to permit the petitioner to file representation and the same may be directed to be considered by respondent No.3-Licensing Authority & Additional Director of Agriculture-I.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader does not oppose the request of petitioner.

I am satisfied, having regard to the limited submissions, the writ petition can be disposed of by this order: "Petitioner is given liberty to represent and also request respondent No.3 for documents on which the show cause notice is issued and on such request being made, respondent No.3 considers and provides the documents as are necessary and further acts in the matter, in accordance with law".
