ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
"to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the in action of the 2nd respondent in getting sanction the SBI Life Pension entitled by the petitioner is against the settled principles of law and against the guidelines of pension scheme under SBI Life Insurance and also in violation of principles of natural justice consequently direct the 2nd respondent take necessary action on the petitioner application dt.22.09.2014."
2. Heard Sri T. Kistaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Co-operation for the 1st respondent and Sri N. Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent.
3. When the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioners herein submitted a representation, dated 22.09.2014, to the Chief Executive Officer, District Co-operative Central Bank Limited, Mahabubnagar (2nd respondent) and no action has been taken on the said representation and the learned counsel for the petitioner has requested this Court to direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate direction on the said representation, in accordance with law, by fixing some time frame. The said request is not opposed by the other side.
4. For the aforesaid reasons, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the issue and the entitlement of the petitioner, directing the Chief Executive Officer, District Co-operative Central Bank Limited, Mahabubnagar (2nd respondent) to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 22.09.2014, said to have been submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
